Coriander

Coriander is a green coloured  rich flavoured leaves used in different dishes for making the dish more tasty and well flavoured. Dry seeds of coriander are also used in cooking. It can be planted almost whole of year. It grows mainly in winter and planted all over the world.
Coriander is also reffered as Dhania, Cilanto, Chinese parsley, Fresh coriander.

Germination:
Coriander is most easy germination. First we have to make the soil.For making the soil we have to take coco peat, sand, fungicide.Mix them very well. It can be sown direct in ground or can be used pot.If use pot then put the soil mixture on it and leave 1-2 inch above the pot.Now sows the seeds on it and again sows cocoa peat for cover the seeds. We can also wrap the pot. It takes 7 to 8 days for coming out the sprouts. After coming out the sprouts watering is very important.Because soil should be wet. The sprouts need full sunlight for 4 to 5 hours.But do not more than that,otherwise it can die.
After sprouting another 2-3 days green leaves coming out.The coriander can grow together but 1/2inchs apart.
