                                                    LEECH LIME

Leech Lime is a tropical fruit that is native to various parts of Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
leech-limes are small, just 3 to 5 centimetres wide and 5 to 7 centimetres tall. They are relatively dry, and the juice is acidic, bitter, and strongly sour.  Leech limes can grow anywhere. The trees have highly fragrant leaves, and they produce white flowers and small green fruits. 
 The oil, leaves, fruit, and rind of leech limes are all utilized for different purposes. The leaves and rind are so powerful in flavour, however, they can be often used for the flavor of the dish.

Germination:
The trees are germinated from seeds. They can germinate within 12 to 15 days in warm and moist weather and in temperature of  70 to 80 degrees.The seeds are generally planted in spring.
But it can be also planted in any time as houseplant. It requires bright light and well draining soil. The soil must be kept moist at all times. The trees should be fertilized monthly.

For houseplant germination, seeds will be planted in flowerpot or seeding tray
 At first Soil should be prepare for the seeds. For best germination, below way is best process
1. Sieved Coco peat
2. Sieved sand
3. Fungicide

Mix 80% Coco peat & 20% sand. After mixing add fungicide 1gm / 2.6 kg.

Use a flowerpot or seeding tray 10 to 15 inches wide and 1.5 to 2 inches deep.The plenty of holes must do in it for good drainage system.Put the mixture of soil in the tray upto almost top leaving about 0.5 inches space. Now spread the seeds over it. Now give water on it.For better results  cover the pot with plastic wrap  to maintain the humidity level. .Now placing the pot in a semi shaded bright location. Remove the cover until the seeds will sprout.
